We use U.S. Mail (Air Mail Letter Post) for delivery to addresses in Canada. We also offer a UPS option for delivery within Canada.

- Air Mail Letter Post service.
- Typically 10 to 14 business days in transit, depending on your delivery address.
- Shipping charges are based on the dollar value of your order. The charges shown below are for each shipping address and do not include customs clearance.
- You will also pay GST and PST or VAT when your package is released to you.

UPS Worldwide Expedited to Canada
- Typically 3 to 4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, except for scheduled holidays.
- A unique tracking number allows you to locate your package as it moves from our warehouse to your delivery address.
- Exact shipping charges are based on package weight and your location.
- Charges are typically $40.00 to $45.00 for shipping to your door and routine customs clearance by UPS.
- You will also pay GST and PST when your package is delivered.
Import Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes
Coolibar does not collect any import duties, tariffs, or taxes, either federal, provincial, or state, at the time you place your order. You will be asked to pay the applicable amount at the time your shipment is released to you.
