Position Title: Customer Service Representative
If you enjoy helping people find the perfect product for their lifestyle, whether it is gardening, golf, swimming, wellness or travel we need you to join our company. Our team members help customer over the phone with questions on our products, sizing, availability and processing orders.
We are looking for a hard working, flexible, enthusiastic individual to join our team. The person must have a very strong work ethic, can learn quickly, be detail oriented and have excellent attendance.
Part time and full time hours available
Hours of operation:
7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. M-F and also weekend days – March through August
7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. M-F - September through February
Position Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and inquiries from customers, resolving all questions, requests, changes or returns to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Representing Coolibar in a professional, friendly and positive way when assisting customers
- Educating the customer in a clear and positive manner while assisting them with questions on product, sizing, pricing, availability of product and delivery inquiries
- Accurate data entering of customer orders into different software application
- Processing batches of returns, mail, repeat customer and web orders
- Other miscellaneous projects assigned, based on skill and interest
Position Requirements:
- College Degree- preferred
- Exceptional phone presentation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Must be very detail oriented
- Knowledge of Great Plains software & Ship Gear a plus
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook a must
- Great organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Desire to assist and help people
- Positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
- Flexibility with hours and schedule
