Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to provide you versatile and reliable UPF 50+ protection that keeps you comfortable and makes you happy. Coolibar will gladly accept the return or exchange of the merchandise. If you're not satisfied, simply return or exchange your purchase; just send it back within 90 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange (reimbursement is made by original payment method). Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tagging.

Please note the following:

  • Our Returns & Exchanges policy does NOT apply to our Sale section. All Sale item purchases are final; no refunds or exchanges.
  • Ship items back to Coolibar using carrier of your choice. You are responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Returned Items - please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to credit your card back.
  • Exchange Items - will be charged to the original payment method upon shipment.
  • For exchanges involving items of equal or lesser value than your original purchase, we will ship the new item(s) back to you with no additional shipping or handling charges.
  • You can use any service to send your return to us - US Mail, UPS, Federal Express, etc.

  • Returning a gift? Include the purchaser's name and address along with your return. Indicate whether you'd like to exchange the gift for another product or if you'd like a refund or Gift Card.
