Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is to provide you versatile and reliable UPF 50+ protection that keeps you comfortable and makes you happy. Coolibar will gladly accept the return or exchange of the merchandise. If you're not satisfied, simply return or exchange your purchase; just send it back within 90 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange (reimbursement is made by original payment method). Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tagging.

If you are in the Minneapolis area, you are welcome to return items to our showroom. Please bring your invoice or receipt of purchase with you and our Retail Specialists will be happy to assist you. If you wish to do an exchange, the new items can be purchased right away and a refund will be issued to you within 5-10 business days for any items returned.
Please note the following:
- - Our Returns & Exchanges policy does NOT apply to our Sale section. All Sale item purchases are final; no refunds or exchanges.
- - Ship items back to Coolibar using carrier of your choice. You can use any service that you prefer - US Mail, UPS, Federal Express, etc.
- - You are responsible for return shipping cost.
- - Returned Items - please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to credit your card back.
- - Exchange Items - will be charged to the original payment method upon shipment.
Returning a gift? Include the purchaser's name and address along with your return. Indicate whether you'd like to exchange the gift for another product or if you'd like a refund or Gift Certificate.
