Coolibar Doctor Connect Program

Coolibar partners with several dermatology offices annually to provide UPF 50+ clothing, hats, and swimwear for distribution to patients who need it but cannot afford sun protection.

Do I qualify for the Coolibar Doctor Connect Program?
We only accept applications that come directly from physician offices. Individual patients are not allowed to apply. We review each request on an individual basis. Most requestors work with patients in low income communities that cannot afford sun protective clothing, but is medically necessary.

How do I apply?
Email your contact information to marketinginquiry@coolibar.com and write "DR. CONNECT" in the subject line. Describe your need for UPF 50 product. We will respond shortly thereafter.

What sun protective items does Coolibar provide?
Our Doctor Connect program allows us to give products that did not meet a customer's expectations a second life. So when we do receive a return that cannot be resold, but still meets our high quality standards, we donate the second life products to those most in need. Everything we send is rated UPF 50+, blocking 98% of UVA and UVB rays. We will do our best to fulfill requests for specific items.

How many times may I submit a request?
Apply as often as you like. Submit a patient product request to marketinginquiry@coolibar.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

I'm a patient. May I request UPF 50+ product?
No. We only honor requests made through physician offices. If you are a patient, please contact your medical care provider so they may make a request on your behalf.
