Q: What is Coolibar's privacy policy? Do you share my information with other companies?

A: We do not share email address or credit card information with any other company or organization. Occasionally we make our postal mailing list available to other companies whose products or services may be of interest to you. If you would prefer to have your information withheld please contact by email service@coolibar.com, phone 1-800-926-6509, or by mail: Coolibar, 2401 Edgewood Ave. South, St. Louis Park, MN 55426 Attention: Customer Service.

Q: If I purchase in bulk, will I receive a discount?

A: For special purchase situations, please contact Customer Service on 1-800-926-6509.

Q: Do you have regular sales events?

A: We do not have regularly scheduled sales events.

Q: Do you sell Gift Certificates?

A: We do offer gift certificates in the following denominations: $25, $50, $75, $100, $200, and $500. Gift certificates are emailed to recipients or can be sent in the mail via a Coolibar note card.

Q: How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?

A: To redeem your gift certificate, please place your order with Customer Service at 1.800.926.6509.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: We do not currently offer gift wrapping.

Q: I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card, what are my options? What methods of payment do you accept?

A: To place an order over the phone or online a credit card is required. If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card you may place your order by mail and pay by check.
