Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: To return or exchange any of our items, please fill out the Return/Exchange form that was sent in your order. If you do not have the form, you may download one here. Please fill out the form completely, including Steps 1, 2 and 3. If your item was a gift, please indicate that on your form, with the original purchaser information, and how you would like us to handle your Return/Exchange.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item if I do not like it?
A: Coolibar will gladly accept the return or exchange of non-Clearance merchandise. If you're not satisfied, simply return or exchange your purchase; just send it back within 90 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange (reimbursement is made by original payment method). Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tagging. All Clearance item purchases are final; no refunds or exchanges.
Q: Are there any Coolibar items that I can't return or exchange?
A: Yes. We cannot process refunds or exchanges on items purchased from our Clearance section. All Clearance section purchases are final.
Q: Can items be deleted or added to an order that has already been placed?
A: Call 1-800-926-6509 and we will look up your order to see if it has shipped yet.
