Q:When will you ship my order (U.S. and Territories)?

A: If Standard Shipping is selected as the shipping option, the order will be processed and shipped within two business days of placing the order. Next Day Shipping and 2nd Day Shipping orders, if placed by 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time will ship the same day. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day. Shipments are not delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.

Q: How can I check and track the status of my order?

A: If you are placing the order online, make sure to include your e-mail address; you will receive a copy of your order and a tracking number via e-mail. If you choose shipping via U.S. mail, there are no tracking capabilities once your package leaves our warehouse. You may also visit the order status section on for package tracking information. Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Q: How do I determine the shipping charges for my order?

A: Shipping charges in the United States and Territories are based on the total value of your order. For all orders under $100 USD, standard shipping costs $8.95. Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?

A: Yes, but you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Q: Can I come to your office to purchase products or pick up my order?

A: Yes, you may purchase products at our office. You may also pick up your order, and you will not be charged for shipping. Our office is at 2401 Edgewood Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55426.

Q: Is there tax on my order?

A: We are required to collect sales tax from customers in IN, TN, CA, MN, and PA. Coolibar follows the state laws and regulations about what is taxable and what is not taxable.
