What is Coolibar's privacy policy? Do you share my information with other companies?
Occasionally we make our mailing list available to other companies whose products or services may be of interest to you. If you would prefer to have your information withheld please contact by email service@coolibar.com, phone 1-800-926-6509, or by mail 2401 Edgewood Ave. South, St. Louis Park, MN 55426 Attention: Customer Service. We do not share email address or credit card information with any other company or organization.
If I purchase in bulk, will I receive a discount?
For special purchase situations, please contact Customer Service on 1-800-926-6509.
Do you have regular sales events?
We do not have regularly scheduled sales events.
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
We do offer gift certificates in the following denominations: $25, $50, $75, $100, $200, and $500. Gift certificates are emailed to recipients or can be sent in the mail via a Coolibar note card.
How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?
To apply your gift certificate towards an online order, on the Shipping and Billing page of the checkout there is a box labeled coupon/promotional code. Enter the gift certificate code there and click apply. Even if the amount of the order is equal to or less than the gift certificate amount, you will still need to fill in the credit card information for the order to go through, your card will not be charged.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrap.
I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card, what are my options? What methods of payment do you accept?
To place an order over the phone or online a credit card is required. If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card you may place your order by mail and pay by check.
