Shipping Outside North America

Coolibar will ship to countries in Asia, Europe, and South America from our distribution center in the United States. Customers using a credit card with a billing address outside North America should please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing in addition to the designated shipping time.

UPS Worldwide Expedited

• Typically 3 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, except for scheduled holidays.
• A unique tracking number allows you to locate your package as it moves from our warehouse to your delivery address.
• Shipping charges are based on package weight and your location.
• You will also pay brokerage fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes when your package is delivered (see below).

• Coolibar does not collect any brokerage fees, import duties, tariffs, or similar taxes at the time you place your order. You will be asked to pay the applicable amount at the time your shipment is released to you.
