Great fabric, but fit is wider than long

Bought the pink xs for my average-sized 3 year old daughter. Material is great...soft, bright and durable. Fit is wider, than it is long. Arms and torso length almost too short for her, but she has plenty of space around waist. Neck hole is much wider than I'd like. Would buy again because of lack of options in kids' uv protective clothes, but not 100% happy with fit.
