I live in Phoenix and a trail runner. This shirt is comfortable to run in, but only if temperatures are under 90. The fabric is not designed to breathe at higher temperatures. I suppose this is a tradeoff since it needs to also block the sun.
The long-sleeve shirt serves as a perfect undershirt for a typical golf outfit. It provides great protection and the material its made from keeps you cool.

I have been playing golf in the long sleeve shirt for about two months. The shirt is very lite-weight and dry. It keeps me cool (much cooler than short-sleeve) even on 90-degree days. Love it!
