despite being expensive, its a very recommended investment as its capable of fully protecting my face from the direct sunlight radiation as well as the bouncing radiation from all around me, I wouldnt try to do serious heavy sports with it as the sweat accumulates within it and it get hards to breathe especially in the heat of the midday, but then I dont know of any better hat that one can wear and feel comfortable jogging in the midday, for gentle walking its capable of both protecting the wearer as well as keeping it comfortable, highly recommended for anyone who has to stay outdoors in situations when the sun and radiation go really high

The adjustable head band is comfortable and easy to fit. It doesn't blow off in the wind. But the Velcro is scratchy and hard to attach.
