Purchased this to use while Stand Up Paddleboarding the Gulf of Mexico. I had a wedding to attend the following week and didn't want to be burned and peeling from a week in the hot sun. It worked well. It kept me cool, comfey and protected. It also looks really snazzy with my new board shorts <:-D I also used it as a light cover up in the evening while walking the beach. It was the perfect weight.

These are great for water or light-weight dry wear too. Easy to wash. The zipper lasts about 3 seasons. The short-sleeved version is great too. I've noticed that different colors, even in the same size, have different length sleeves and torso lengths though. I have 2 short & 4 long-sleeved versions and love them. This is my 2nd jacket and I love it; the protection for my arms, chest, and back is great.

I love it but wished I had bought a smaller size. Runs a bit large and stretches when wet 

True to size dry, stretches in water. I would rather it had adjustable toggles at the bottom on either side of the zipper for an adjustable snug fit because the bottom tends to float up in the water causing a poof (Bubble) in the chest area. This makes it look unattractive when wet. Thumbholes would be a great addition because the wrist is loose for me and rides up a bit. Material is light weight so definitely wear a sports bra, swimsuit, or anything to cover the breasts underneath. I like how the collar comes up to cover most of the neck area that way I don't have to wear a hat with the flap down the back. It looks attractive dry and you can't beat the easy on/off zip down the front! (I still think it is priced too high)

I bought the jacket a few months ago and  very happy with it. Great for beach. Protects without looking sloppy. Love it!!

Used this water jacket in conjunction with the ono leggings for kayaking and snorkelling. Fitted snugly so the life jacket fit overtop without feeling over bulky. Great sun protection in and out of the water. Stood up to daily rough usage and still looked good at the end of the trip. Did not feel overheated while wearing it in the tropical temperatures.

This is actually my third Coolibar swim jacket. I use them at the beach and by the pool, but I especially love them for kayaking. They are comfortable for hours of paddling and protect my skin from the sun's rays over water. The jacket is durable and dries quickly after getting wet. I love this swim jacket, it will always be a staple of my 'water wardrobe.'
