How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange any of our sunscreen clothes, please fill out the Return/Exchange form that was sent in your order. If you do not have the form, you may download one here. Please fill out the form completely, including Steps 1, 2 and 3. If your item was a gift, please indicate that on your form, with the original purchaser information, and how you would like us to handle your Return/Exchange.
Can I return or exchange an item if I do not like it?
We want you to be satisfied! If you do not like or are unsatisfied with an item, you may certainly return or exchange it for a full refund of the price of the merchandise (but not shipping) within 60 days of the original order. We will credit you in the original form of payment.
How long do I have to return an item?
Our products are guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us at any time for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. If the return is over one year it may be in the form of a merchandise credit.

Can items be deleted or added to an order that has already been placed?
If the order has not been shipped we can add or delete items, just give us a call on 1-800-926-6509 and we will look up your order to see if it has shipped yet. Orders placed before 1:00 pm Central Standard Time will be shipped out that same day.
