Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange a purchase, for any reason, send it within 90 days to RETURNS at the service address below. Refunds are issued in the same form as original payments. We cannot pay for return shipping, however all exchanges are re-shipped at no additional charge.
If returning a gift, include the buyer's name and address, and what you'd like us to do.

For exchanges involving sun protective clothing items of equal or lesser value than your original purchase, we will ship the new item(s) back to you with no additional shipping or handling charges.
For returns, we will credit your original credit card for the item purchase price or send you a check for the item purchase price - whichever was your original form of payment.
