Kids School Program Guidelines
1. To qualify for the discounts offered through Coolibar's School Program, you must be a public school, an accredited private school, a 501(c)(3) educational organization, or a recognized support group (e.g. PTA) for any of the preceding organizations. Homeschools may qualify with appropriate documentation (e.g. membership in nationally recognized Homeschool organization). Qualification for the program is at the sole discretion of Coolibar, Inc.
2. Minimum order quantity is 50 student hats (except for Homeschools as noted above).
3. Shipping estimate is 18 cents per hat via UPS Ground (arrives in 5-7 business days). Other shipping options are available.
4. Hats in the styles and colors listed above are available for immediate delivery. Other hat styles and colors are available with five months advance notice and require 50% downpayment with the order.
5. There is a 50% discount on one adult hat for every 15 kids hats ordered in conjunction with the school program since we feel it is very important for adults to model appropriate behavior for the kids. There is a complimentary adult style for each of the three hats offered in the Kids School Hat program such as the Adult Feaetherweight Bucket Hat (has chin strap), Adult Reversible Bucket Hat (no chin strap), or Adult All Sport Hat. You may also choose from other hat styles offered by Coolibar.
6. Returns/exchanges are allowed as long as the hats are returned in their original condition.
