Shipping Frequently Asked Questions
When will you ship my order?
If Standard Shipping is selected as the shipping option, the order will be processed and shipped within two business days of placing the order. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping orders, if placed by 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time will ship the same day. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day. Shipments are not delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.
How can I check and track the status of my order?
If you are placing the order online, make sure to include your e-mail address; you will receive a copy of your order and a tracking number via e-mail. If you choose shipping via U.S. mail, there are no tracking capabilities once your package leaves our warehouse. You may call 1-800-926-6509 and speak with a customer service representative to check the status of your order.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes. We ship UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-5 business days) to many countries and we also offer U.S. Mail service to Canada.
How do I determine the shipping charges for my order?

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, but you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Can you hold my order and ship it at a later date?
Yes. If ordering online, write a message in the comments box stating the date you would like the order to ship.
Can I come to your office to purchase products or pick up my order?
Yes, you may purchase products at our office. You may also pick up your order, and you will not be charged for shipping. Our office is at 2401 Edgewood Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55426.
Is there tax on my order?
If the shipping address is in Minnesota you will be charged Minnesota sales tax on sunscreen, sunglasses, and umbrellas. Minnesota does not charge sales tax on clothing.
