You will be part of a team whose purpose is to develop and sell the best, most innovative sun protective UPF 50+ clothing and products for people who what to live an active, outdoor lifestyle safely in the sun.

Job Description

The Brand Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building awareness and establishing partnerships through social media to communicate the Coolibar mission of protecting our users from sun damage through elegant, technical apparel and accessories using the world's best UPF50+ fabrics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain social media community including an inner ring of brand ambassadors
  • Develop and implement influencer strategy
  • Create engaging content for social media
  • Manage Coolibar Social Media platforms
  • Plan and execute Coolibar event(s) (i.e. trunk shows, pop-up events, influencer parties)
  • Communicate strategy and performance to management
  • Negotiate contracts with models and influencers
  • Qualifications

  • Proven record of community building
  • Understanding of social media marketing
  • Strong sense of brand voice
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Willing to take on new tasks as they arise
  • 4 days per week in the office
