Price Adjustment Policy
Coolibar Price Adjustment and Discount/Promotion Code Policy
- If your Regular priced item goes on sale within 14 days of your initial order, we would be happy to make a one-time price adjustment for that item.
- Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for any further price adjustments after a Discount/Promotional Code is used.
- Only one Discount/Promotional Code is allowed or will be honored on Coolibar orders. Please refer to the current promotional details found by clicking the black bar at the top of the site.
- Discount/Promotional Codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
- GWP (gift with purchase) items are not eligible for any exchanges. You may keep the GWP item that was sent in your order.
- To apply a Promotional/Discount code, please place your items into your shopping cart and enter your code in the “apply discount code” box on the Shopping Cart page or at the very bottom of the Checkout page.
To request a price adjustment, please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us Toll-Free at 1-800-926-6509 and press 2 when prompted. Please have your original order number or the name of the person who placed the order available. If the order is eligible, a refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the credit card company.
