The Kid's Wave Rider Sports Cap was made for the water with our Aqua Juno™ chlorine and saltwater resistant, 4-way stretch, quick-drying fabric. Pair our water-friendly sports cap with a rash guard or surf shirt that adds protection to the neck and arms to reduce your need to layer on sunscreen. UPF 50+ fabric will keep them covered.

Aqua Juno™ FabricAqua Juno fabric is supple, smooth and soft with all the intelligent features of our ground-breaking Aqua Classic 4-way stretch fabric. This breathable, quick-dry UPF 50+ fabric is chlorine and saltwater resistant, making it just right for water play, casual swimming, fishing and boating.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR RIGHT SIZE
Use a soft tape measure.
- Height: Stand in stocking feet, with feet together, back to the wall. Measure from crown of head to the floor
- Arm: Bend arm to 90 degrees. Place hand on hip. Start at center of back of neck measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the wrist. Number on inches equals your sleeve length.
- Bust/Chest: With the arms relaxed down at sides, measure fullest part of bust/chest, keeping tape parallel to floor.
- Hip: Stand with heels together, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around fullest part.
- Neck: Measure around base of the neck (the lowest point of the neck). Number of inches equals the neck size.
- Inseam: Take a pair of pants that fits you well. Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem. Number of inches equals inseam length.
- Rise: Start the tape at the center back waist, run the tape between your legs, pulling comfortably at the crotch and up your natural waist. Total measurement is your rise.
- Waist: Measure around your waist, against your skin (not over your shirt or pants) at the height you normally wear your pants.
- Head: Measure around your head, from the center of your forehead, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around fullest part.

Does not stay on child’s head
This hat does not stay on my 2-yr old nor 5-yr old’s head. The stretchy and slippery material makes the cap slip or pop off.

No adjustable strap for sizing. How odd. Who designs a hat that can’t be adjusted to a persons head size. Waste of money!

Great sun hats!
My grandkids wear their Coolibar hats with no arguments! They stay on for the most part while they are jumping and playing in the lake. I bought some last year that had a different elastic in the back and around the edge. Those actually stay on a little better. But all in all these hats are great for keeping their scalps from burning and their faces shaded.

Great for Toddlers
This hat fits our 3 year old perfectly. He uses some prescription creams on his face that cause photosensitivity. It is lightweight and cool for the summer. Protects his face from the sun! Would buy again!

Great Sun & Water Hat
This cap is a great choice for boys. It fits like a traditional style baseball cap but is more flexible and soft. I love that it can be worn in water, which makes it perfect for days at the beach. Runs a little small though, so size up.
