Very poor packagingThe packaging they ship the hat in was grossly inadequate. This caused the brim to have a slight crease in it, which isn’t going away.

Size and fitYou will “likely” need to use something like spacers to get a good fit. I did after ordering the S/M size. And it’s big, sits high. I had to wear it a bit around the house before I could get comfortable with it. But, as I play a lot of golf, am fair skinned and have had a brush with some not friendly skin lesions, I’m moving to full brimmed hats though this will prob not work well if it’s too windy.

Hat much too bigI love this hat, but I ordered the same hat, same size that I've been wearing for 2-3 years...L / XL...but for some reason this L / XL size is way too big, so it is in the closet

SuggestionWe’ve had some hot weather of late.I love this hat but it does need more air venting.Look at some of the current straw cowboy hats. They have good air venting in the crown.

Doctor recommended and I love it.I have a hat collection that is overflowing. Ball caps, sun hats, safari hats, Irish caps, etc. For summertime and especially golf, this is the best fitting, most comfortable, and sun reflecting hat I’ve ever owned. My skin doctor recommended Coolibar when we had a discussion about sun screen ointments. She said start with Coolibar. The fit for my bald head, usually 7 1/4 was perfect. Snug but hardly feels like I have a hat on. Does not touch my sunglass frames which most standard golf hats do.
