What happened?!!
I bought this wonderful umbrella that worked perfectly until one day I opened it and it wouldn’t lock into to open position. I would be interested to know if it is something that can be fixed. The fabric is in excellent condition, but the umbrella can’t be used because it won’t stay open. HELP, PLEASE

Keeps cool and protected

Umbrella scuffs easily
The umbrella seemed almost perfect. But...there are two things that I would like. One would be to have a more rounded umbrella as to block out more sun ( I purchased it for rain and sun). The other is I would like scuff-proof/easy cleaning material. The umbrella was either discolored or scuffed after one day in my bag. It would not wash out. I returned it.

Always the Best . . .
I have purchased sunbrellas from Coolibar for years, they are always reliable, always the best. This one in rose color is beautiful, very feminine, like a parasol, but with excellent sun protection/reflection.

Gold and black different
I had previously bought the gold one and was very happy with it, since it doesn't let any light through. I needed another one and ordered the black version because I thought it would be the same product, only in different colour. When the black one arrived, I was very much disappointed to find out that the fabric is not similar and is actually quite see-through. For me, this is a significant difference since I need protection from both UVA and visible light. This difference should be mentioned on this official Coolibar site so please add better descriptions.
I attached two pictures of the umbrellas to illustrate my point. I live in Europe and am disappointed that I paid 80€ for this useless, overpriced thing I cannot even use.

Silver Sodalis Travel Umbrella
This umbrella is stylish, compact, and best of all, provides excellent sun protection. I have been using mine for several years. As someone who was dealing with skin cancer issues, it has made a world of difference for me.

Sodalis Silver Umbrella
wonderful umbrella for standing in the sun. It feels so much cooler under it. My wife and I took a couple of these for a lazy late July canoe drift down the James River and it really helped with the heat.
