The swiss army knife of hatsExcellent hat, tons of features! Very soft material and an actual brim that stays in place when the wind blows. Also brim stays in place after several washes.

Meets my criteriaThis meets all of my criteria for hiking. It is light weight, back flap that can be tucked up inside hat if not needed, good brim, can fold into my backpack, washable. The ONLY change I would make is to have the hat available in tan or kaki color, but that is personal preference. I would NOT buy the dark blue because II live in AZ and it definitly gets sunny and hot! A good hiking hat is essential and I would by again if needed.

Pefect for outdoor activitiesMy dad loves this hat because he doesn't get sunburned when he mows the lawn. The fabric is very breathable and it doesn't get sticky with sweat.

Clever HatWhat a wonderful and clever hat! The neck flap rolls right up into the brim, so it can't get lost. And the chin strap can be removed. However, that means it can get lost. Oh well, life is a series of trade-offs.
