Measure around your head, from the center of your forehead, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around fullest part.

Don't know if it would stay on while I swim or if I'm in the ocean. That being said, since I sew, I will add an elastic to make it fit more snuggly. I like the idea of having a swim hat that will protect my head in the sun while swimming. This hat should be four-way stretch, along with moisture-wicking abilities. This hat, however, fits the larger head of my husband.

Just had Mohs surgery on head growth and my skulls provided good protection for head bandage, especially while sleeping. Will order more in future as they are a must for outside people
