How do I modify or cancel my order?

We strive to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible and for that reason there is a very small window for us to cancel orders once they are placed on our website. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Care (1-800-926-6509 for US and CA orders & 1-952-922-1445 for International orders) and we will do whatever we can to help you with your order.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Sometimes our confirmation emails end up in your spam or junk email folder, this should be the first place you look. If this happens you will need to make Coolibar an approved sender to your email account. If you still cannot find your email order confirmation please contact us.

Why can't I exchange an item?

In order to process your order refund faster, Coolibar is no longer accepting exchange orders. You may place a new order via our website or contact us. All returns will be credited to the original method of payment.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Unfortunately we are unable to issue gift certificates at this time. We are sorry for this inconvenience, and we hope to have an e-gift solution in the future.
