At Coolibar, our goal is to provide you with reliable UPF 50+ protection that keeps you comfortable and happy.

If you're not satisfied, you can return any unworn merchandise with the original tag within 30 days of delivery.

Smart Return Protection:

Orders processed through Smart Return Protection follow the same return policy and can be easily managed through our Return Portal for a faster, streamlined experience.

If you selected Smart Return Protection at checkout (for $2.98), the return handling fee will be waived for all eligible items.

Non Smart Return Protection returns / International:

• Domestic Orders: Return fee of $7.95.
• International Orders: Return fee of $20.00 (plus applicable tax).

Please Note:

• We do not accept returns on final sale/clearance items or as otherwise designated at the time of purchase.
• Due to health concerns, all mask, gaiter, and bandana sales are final – no returns or exchanges.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
