i wish it was lighter and smaller for travel
I bought this and it is still quite heavy, I love it for walking around, but for travel is should be half as big and half as light, its 12 inches long with the handle and 9 inches around (like a large waterglass circumfrence

The umbrella was a nice color and did a good job of keeping the sun off. However it was heavier than I was expecting for a lightweight manual operated umbrella. The worst: the latch that keeps the umbrella up - a basic function - is weak, and the umbrella keeps de-latching and coming down without any help from me. Poor design! Bad quality control! Won’t re-order from this company.

Broke after first use....
The retraction system seems to be broken. I used this once for 20 minutes and it was wonderful but now the umbrella will not stay open. I would love to have this replaced. I also purchased the golf size but am nervous about it's quality too!
Please advise.
This is disappointing. I have been a Coolibar user for years. I must have 3-4 dozen pieces of clothing.

protects against FL sun on my walking commute

Excellent.
Works really well in the sun. I bought the blue color and it is beautiful. I have not used it for rain yet. The only issue that I have is it too small to cover arms and back. Next time I will buy the bigger size umbrella, the tournament umbrella.
