"Disappointing Shipping and Packaging I’m very disappointed with the way my order was shipped. I ordered two hats, and they arrived in a box that was far too small to accommodate them properly. As a result, both hats were crushed and smashed when they arrived. Hats need to be packaged with enough room to maintain their shape during shipping. This was careless packaging and completely unacceptable. I expected my hats to arrive in good condition, not damaged because of an improperly sized box. I hope this company improves its packaging practices and takes better care when shipping products to customers. I would appreciate a replacement for both hats in proper packaging."
