Virtual Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase and use of virtual gift cards ("Gift Cards") issued by Coolibar Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purchase and Use

  • Gift Cards can be purchased on our website coolibar.com.
  • Gift Cards are issued in U.S. dollars and can be used to purchase products on our website only.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
  • Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and do not incur any fees.
  • Virtual Gift Cards will be delivered electronically via email to the recipient specified at the time of purchase. Please ensure the recipient's email address is correct. We are not responsible for Gift Cards sent to incorrect email addresses.

3. Redemption

  • To redeem a Gift Card, enter the unique code provided in the email at checkout.
  • If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.
  • If the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card for future use.

4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Please treat your Gift Card code as cash.

5. Fraud

We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card or refuse a transaction if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be available on our website. Your continued use of the Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of any changes.
