"Ordered according to size chart but hat is too big. Also, the hat was squished into a box shorter than the height of the hat causing an indention in the front of the hat that I haven’t been able to get rid of (picture included). I bought this hat to wear on an upcoming cruise and is unusable due to being oversized and permanently disfigured by the packing process. Disappointed especially since this was a close out and can’t exchange or return for refund. A waste of money."

"Nice looking hat. Seems like it will be crushable so good for travel. A little steam and able to reshape it. They should find a better fitting box so that it doesn't come pre-crushed."
