"Very happy with the quality of the hat as well as the quality of service. It was my concern that the hats might be crushed during transportation if they were not packed properly, so very happy with the way the hats were packed in hard card box and were in perfect shape."
"Bought one for my bf and one for myself. Love them! I know it’s for guys, but they’re cute for women as well. The brim is soft enough you can lie down without the back of the brim bothering you. Quality is, as with all Coolibar products, excellent."
"This hat is crushable, and looks it. I ordered based on the size chart — the hat is larger than the size chart indicated it would be. I only kept it for two reasons: 1. It is packable; and 2. It was about 75% off and non-returnable."

Also, the hat was squished into a box shorter than the height of the hat causing an indention in the front of the hat that I haven’t been able to get rid of (picture included). I bought this hat to wear on an upcoming cruise and is unusable due to being oversized and permanently disfigured by the packing process. Disappointed especially since this was a close out and can’t exchange or return for refund. A waste of money."
