Love the hat, delivery process not so much

"This is a great hat for someone with potential skin cancer issues. My dermatologist actually recommended it. I would recommend they use a different order processing company than Shopify. What a nightmare. After putting my current delivery address in the Coolibar, evidently Shopify pulled up an old delivery address from its records, then subcontracted delivery to AMAZON. Because of that, there was no way to correct Shopify’s error as I watched my hat get delivered 1,500 miles away. On the plus side, when I contacted Coolibar on what happened, they sent me another hat to mysteriously current address."
