Customer Disservice
"I bought these gloves because I had been diagnosed with skin cancer on my hand. In a couple days I noticed one glove had an open seam so contacted customer support. I got a quick and satisfying response that they would send me another pair. Great!! I ordered more gloves and some hats. I never received the complimentary pair and another pair arrived with two holes at the seam. I have contacted customer service many times and have not received an answer. You can get these type of gloves in a lot of places, the only thing different a business can offer is customer service. Coolibar fails at Customer Service."
