Stretched out of shape within one season

"I bought the Kid's Barracuda Neck-to-Knee Swimsuit for my daughter in June, and I was hoping it would last through the summer and beyond. Unfortunately, it did not hold up. We took good care of it. It was machine washed no more than twice, and otherwise hand washed and line dried. We also avoided wringing it out aggressively. Even so, after about four months the suit has stretched 4 to 5 inches in length. It now extends past my daughter's knees and has become very loose, so it is no longer wearable and no longer provides the snug, sun-protective fit it was designed for. For a swimsuit at this price point, I expected it to last at least a full season, especially with careful washing and drying. I would recommend that Coolibar look into the fabric's stretch recovery and durability for this style. I like the idea of the product and the sun protection it offers, but I cannot recommend it based on how it held up."
