"When the order was placed, it showed delivery within a week. It was more than 6 weeks before it was received. An automated service robot was unable to provide shipping updates, but worse the escalation to a real team member was impossible. The products are easily interchangeable with other vendors, so the terrible customer service will prevent me from ever placing another order."
