The material is thinner and has an odd texture, but worse of all the brim doesn’t maintain proper (gentle bow, like in picture) shape even after hours attempting to flatten it. Instead the brim curves and twist making the hat (and wearer) look comical. And I’m charged an $8 fee to return this defective product! Definitely the most disappointing item and customer experience I’ve had with Coolibar in 10 years."
