"I’m 5’8 and 170lbs. Chest size 38 or 40 depending on brand. Ordered a medium. Fits my shoulders, chest, and arms fine, but hangs like a sun dress. Everyone I asked about the fit said it hung way too long. Would have loved to try out a small to see if that would work, but guess what - Coolibar doesn’t offer exchanges, only returns, and they kept $8 as a return fee. I spent $46 with shipping to get this to my house, and I’m only getting $30 back. No way am I giving this company another dime. Bummer because they have a great unique fabric blend for a sun hoodie - a rare option that is 95% cotton. But not for me because of bad policies. I expect more from an online retailer."

"I paid for a shirt and a hoodie but only received the shirt. Repeatedly tried contacting support and have not gotten a response. It's unfortunate because I really like Coolibar products in general, but this is the first time I needed to contact their support."
