Poor exchange policy

"The dress runs large for a small, and when I inquired about exchanging for a x-small, I was told there would be no credit given for shipping in either direction. Granted, the postage is charged both ways, but my overall experience with exchanges is that the vendor ships the new garment for free, or offers a no expiration credit toward a future purchase. I am not going to be ordering from you ever again, and have unsubscribed to your email list."

"I do feel I look very middle aged in this dress, but it's exactly what I need! It's airy and comfortable and covers the most important places, i. e. chest and shoulders. Never really understood why people buy upf-clothing that doesn't cover those places as the skin is so sensitive and thin there and very prone to sunburd, skincancer, and photoaging."
