"The 3 star rating is for the dress fabric pattern. Everything else about the dress is the good to excellent quality I expect from Coolibar. However, the fabric color and pattern are not good for me. My mistake. I have several striped and paisley patterns and one solid. Would a plaid or checked pattern work? Or stripes in more colors than black and white?"

Bad customer service :-( Dress didn’t fit well

"I had to return this dress because it didn’t fit like the other Coolibar dresses I’ve ordered in the same size medium. It was too tight in some places and too big in others, almost as though it wasn’t sewn or proportioned quite right. It was not flattering. Unfortunately, I also had a very disappointing customer service experience with this order. I specifically added extra items so I would qualify for free shipping. After placing the order, I noticed I had been charged $15 for shipping and contacted Coolibar immediately. They told me that I had selected 2-Day shipping, but said they could not correct it, even though I notified them right away. After several emails back and forth, it really wasn’t even about the money anymore. I simply didn’t feel like a valued customer, and unfortunately the experience doesn’t make me want to order from Coolibar again. Just a heads-up to other customers: carefully check the shipping option at checkout, even when your order qualifies for free shipping."

3-4 runs large, but I’m afraid to go with the smaller size since the last dress I bought of the same style was also an extra large and it fits perfectly

"I like it, but it fits bigger and wider than my last extra large dress of the same style and size with the blue and white print. Maybe it will shrink a little bit when I wash it. Of note, I just wore the blue and white one to a luncheon and fashion show, and several of my friends asked for the information on Coolibar because they loved the dress I was wearing."

"Love the dress. i have purchased a few items from you, but the last experience was not so good. I had ordered 4 items, 2 which were for my husband for fathers day. I was supposed to receive on 6/11. The order was lost. I called your coolibar reps and they told me to contact UPS, then UPS told me to call you back. the only option was to cancel the order, very frsutrating. I ended up only reordering 1 out of 4 items."
