Small size still too big

"I have a smaller head and was hoping the small/medium would fit. The adjustment is just a piece of velcro that is limited in length so this hat is still too big no matter how I adjust. They added a logo to the velcro so it made this too stiff to adjust to the smaller/smallest size. Maybe over time it will be more flexible but overall this was a disappointment. I also have a flatter head and when I wear this it hits the top of my ears."

Poor decision to buy from this vendor.

"The brim of the hat is huge and looks awful. The quality is very poor, it's like wearing a rag. I doubt the hat would last a year. I returned the hat and received less than half of what I spent: I was charged $9 shipping each way, almost the cost of the hat. This is a reason you cannot shop online if the merchant does not refund shipping cost; all of the risk is on the buyer."
