"Paid $15 for two days air delivery!! Received product on 5 th day evening. It’s misleading when you charge for two days air FedEx. Customer expects it in two days. Order was placed on Wednesday the 27th of May and received it on June 1st Monday evening."

"I placed an order of three items. I received one package which only had two items in it. I took pictures and I emailed Customer Service at the email address listed to inform them that one of my items was missing and they never replied. I emailed them a second time and forwarded the original email and they still have failed to respond and it’s been two weeks nearly. So I caution you that you may not get all the products that you ordered and then when you try to get Customer Service to help resolve the issue either via a refund or sending the item that’s missing you will have trouble reaching them digitally. I’m going to have to take time and do it the old-fashioned way and call them apparently."
