"The shirt is excellent, I would like to see a button or Velcro to hold the hand covers when not in use, they flop around. The customer service is poor, I paid additional for second day air and received the shirt in 5 days. When I inquired about a refund for shipping, via email and AI type chat I’ve not heard anything back from the company."
