"I already own one of these hats. It's breathable, keeps my head from burning, and I like the way it looks. However, This one showed up with the brim all creased and bent. I steamed it and was able to get rid of most of the wrinkles and straightened the brim, but it's not as nice as my first one. I bought this as a second hat to have as a good hat and a work hat. Looks like this will become my work hat and I'll have to clean my other hat so it will be my good hat."

"The hat was crushed in the box when received. The box was not damaged. Thee hat appears stiff in the ad , but it is not."

"I ordered the same hat as I had for replacement. Unfortunately, it is not as good quality as my older coolibar hat. The new one is larger than old one even though the sizes are the same. The old one collapses for travel, the rim of the new k e is rigid cardboard and breaks if tried to bend. I am too tired snd busy to return it. In the future, I will not buy any merchandise from Coolibar."
