Amazing - I'm speechless

"I got this for an anniversary hiking trip my wife and I were taking through the American Southwest this summer, including Death Valley. Knowing it was going to be 100+ degrees and that I run hot, I wanted something to keep me cool. This poncho is AMAZING. I cannot stress enough how cool it keeps you, even in the desert in summertime. It has all the advantages of a traditional sun-shirt (UPF 50 protection), but additionally flows SO much air. The one time I took it off, I got heat stroke within 2 hours, but the rest of the time it kept me cool and shaded. Best of all, it somehow managed to stay reasonably clean and not smelly despite 3 weeks of hiking in it. I immediately bought several for family members. I can't speak for the aesthetic, but for function. . . I'd give 6 stars if I could. Cannot recommend highly enough."
