Nice pants Never got my order

"why did I have to email you twice (never heard back either time) and finally called when my item was not delivered. I was told I had to cancel the order b/c it was unknown when the product would be available again. And yet it's still here for sale. So the bargain I got on Memorial Day was canceled and I was never contacted at all. The order just sat in limbo. The CS rep said if we let it sit I would not get the item or the refund. Not great Coolibar."
