good product, poor customer service

"Good products. Customer service is so poor that it makes additional orders questionable, especially when there are other companies providing similar products. My husband placed an order prior to mine. He has yet to receive it, despite reaching out to customer service. He has not received a response. Order # 991318786. Coolibar, you can do better, right?"

I AM SHORT - These are BEYOND great

"Grateful to Coolibar for making this breezy cotton legging. So very happy that I didn't allow the shorter people reviews to scare me off. I finally have what I was looking for: The lightest weight. . . They actually feel breezy, with a legging look. . . so impressive. I have a condition that if I am exposed to summer or winter sun for just 5 mins, my skin turns red painful and itchy, and that part fades in a little over an hour, but the hit to my immune system continues. I love to be active (bike, hike, walk) and the only thing that was stopping me is I couldn't cover up without sweating beyond comfort. Everything that blocked out the sun was a synthetic or too heavy. Sweat City. . . bye. . thanks to these leggings. Are they the right length. . . Let's get real ladies- leggings cling and if they gather up at the ankle what is the big deal. I am barely 5 ft 1 and the little crinkled gathering is not much at all. Thank you Coolibar. I actually ordered both Small and Medium in two different sizes of 3 colors. The medium fit perfect at this point, and now that I can get back to being active in the summer without sweat pouring off me, I will get back to my small size which is waiting in triplicate!!!!! oh label haters. . . I don't know what to say to you, but I will others, it is a . 75 x . 75 tiny white label that looks classy and has a simple tree on it. . . it's nothing and these pants were bought May 2026!"
