"Even if I weren't serious about sun protection, I would buy these shirts. I own them in every color and wear them most every day in my off time, but they're also refined enough to look great beneath a blazer. This periwinkle color is lighter than I expected and hoped for. The model is wearing a pretty accurate depiction, but the solo shot is darker and what I preferred. I am 5'7", 132 pounds and a medium fits beautifully with some room to spare. Overall these Coolibar long-sleeved tees are perfect."
"I have a closet full of Coolibar clothes, but I recently had a bad experience and their customer service policies are completely unacceptable. I tried to take advantage of a promotion with escalating discounts. Filled the cart with $200 worth of items to qualify for a 30% discount. Saw the discount applied. When I actually confirmed the purchase, poof! The discount disappeared and they charged me the full amount. This was on a weekend and their customer service is only M-F. I sent an immediate email to their customer service email provided. Called first thing Monday morning and was told there was nothing they could do, because it would have had to have been caught immediately. I will be returning the entire order when it arrives, and will never do business with this company again."
"Take a look at return approved for Small /Medium version and new order 991320310 . We like your products. And the return process seems simple EXCEPT that our DHL drop off is a long journey away say an hour there and back. This is very discouraging in relation to nearly always taking some risk to sizing (as your review in effect recognises) . Can you not arrange for DHL to do pickups ,at an extra price , particularly as here when in effect the item is being replaced /exchanged so they have to drop off anyway ?"
"I've lost a lot of weight & ordered a size M, which I now wear in Lands' End & other brands. A bit snug, but I'm still losing weight. (The plus is that my size XL Moradas are not yet swimming on my frame. ) The top arrived with a chemical smell that reminded me of old fashioned burn cream from the 1950s. I assumed it might be some excess zinc & hope it washes out with first washing."
"I ordered the Morada Everyday Long Sleeve T-shirt in the grey and white stripe along with 2 solid colors, periwinkle and a lavender color. I ordered a size small but probably should have gone with an Extra-small size. They seem to run a little large. But, I really like these shirts for travel, exercise or just everyday wear. They look good. The fabric is soft and the shirts are quite comfortable. I would order more colors if and when my size is available."
