"I bought this jacket on 8/4/25 (today is 9/8/26). I washed the jacket on delicate Yesterday the the bottom piece of the 2-piece zipper came off, and the zipper is basically broken. I'm 70 years old so have been buying clothes for a long time. . . this is the first time this has happened to me. I called customer service and without the "purchase number" there's nothing Coolibar will do for me. My challenge will be to find a new zipper for this fairly new, should not be falling apart, clothing item. Very disappointed."
