Like the hat, customer service wasn't great

"I like this hat and think it will work well for summer. It's a little snug, but I like that. Two stars are knocked off for poor customer service. This item went on sale immediately after I purchased it, before it even arrived in the mail, but, customer service wasn’t willing to do a price adjustment. Having to return and re-buy just wastes time and money, for me, Coolibar, and the shipping company. However, when we’re talking 50% off it’s worth the hassle unfortunately."

Hat has not arrived

"Ordered a hat with face covering needs for a trip. Card was charged May 18, but I am now *weeks* past delivery date with no response after 4 tries to reach anyone. All responses are automated and today's wait for customer service rep is currently 2. 5 hours. Shipping via website says "waiting to pack" or some such nonsense and has for a week. No service. No response. No thanks!"

"Overall this is a great hat. FIts well but it does run a bit small. If there could be an improvement I would be to add a strap to hold the hat against the wind. Ideally the stap could be hidden on windless days."
