Stained item, support doesn’t respond

"Order 991228074 contacted support several times already and haven’t heard back. Solana SOLANA MOCK NECK PULLOVER arrived with pen stain on front. International shipping. I ask for refund since it’s a quality issue and the cost of the clearance item is more than shipping it back. You can see the photos in my support ticket and chat messages that I opened and haven’t heard back."

Love this new fabric!

"I mostly liked the style of this shirt, but definitely saw no need for those strings hanging down in front. I immediately pulled them as far out of the holes as I good and chopped them off. I also don’t like the thumb holes. With no petite sizes available that would have shorter arm lengths, the sleeves end up being much too long. I’m taking this shirt to a seamstress to have the sleeves shortened. I really like this fabric with the cotton blend."

Awesome shirt, runs extremely large sizing

"Gorgeous top, but runs extremely large. I am 5‘6“, 130 pounds, athletic build. I have lots of Coolibar stuff and this one is ridiculously huge. I started with a medium, then got a small, and ultimately an extra small and it’s still roomy, but finally fits. Great shirt, just runs really really big. Fabric is nice, but it’s more of a thicker fabric than their lightweight fabric."
